Ever since I got married, I seem to have blog less frequently as compared to before I am married. I dunno what I am busy with exactly but the days seems to zoom by relatively quickly. Before I know it, 2 weeks have already passed and I am already into a new school term.
I’m starting to get used to married life but there are still many things to learn and to adjust to, like buying grocery, thinking about breakfast tomorrow, preparation of breakfast, laundry… Something which I dun have to worry about in the past (thanks to mummy) but it is a major chore to me and hubby. Adjusting to each other is another aspect which I realise is very important when living together. I am not use to the ways how hubby does the household chores and I believe hubby is not use to the way I go about doing the chores… More than often, he will question and ask me why I ended up doing the things in this manner. It takes time and compromise is definitely the fundamental of a good relationship. Let’s work hard together hubby. 
1st week into my marriage and I missed home terribly. Calling my mummy every now and then. My homesickness is getting slightly better now. Though till now, I still chatted with her every night. We take turns to call each other. Haha… This is also the reason why Hubby hurriedly went to sign up for a home phone line with starhub. 
Going back to mummy’s place for dinner tonight.
Simply estatic. Can’t wait.

dun worry…believe both of u will grow past the phase…worst case scenario, you can always take comfort in your spick-and-span ways to convince eric that your method works…lolz

u can go back 2 ur mummy’s place every nite 2 hav dinner den an excuse of not 2 cook.. haha
Ting: Haha! You are right! I think I am lazy though I like to think that I got no opportunity and too bz to cook. (I know I’m full of excuses) The pots and wok are still sitting in their boxes. How nice! Haha…
Shi: Eric always tell me that the hse is alr 90% clean. Cleaning it further only make it 99% clean which nobody can tell the diff… That %^&^%!
Wah wah…. How can you NOT make use of the nice nice kitchen and the WMF pots you guys bought?? Get an oven! Bake something! Cook something!
Baked salmon, baked potatoes, teriyakiiiiii chicken (your favourite), ABC soup, whatever man! Hahahaaa….
How about… you cook for the party at your place? I can try your soup.

take it slowly.. we r working ladies.. hardly have time 2 even do own thing… how 2 cook… once u more settled, then try cook on wkend etc…if nt juz go do wat u like 2 do on wkend k…
Xuan: Sian’s right… by the time I’m home from work, its alr 7 plus… Hradly have time for myself and the things I wanna do.. Ya… weekends cooking will be a gd choice to explore… though sometimes we could prefer to go out and enjpoy ourselves… haha.. ya we r lazy…. But not to worry, yes eric use one of the pot and a saucepan to cook breakfast for me. And to my horrot when I saw the devasting impact the cooking had on my kitchen… Haha… In the end, I ended up srubbing at the stove… I think I’m juz like my my mummy… this is bad!
Sian: Ya… I’m very tired after work almost everyday… Thankfully, I still gets to go home and eat home-cooked dinner by mummy… I really miss her alot… And it is thru all these that I realise how lucky I am….. Sigh… Its ok… Take things slow… Still got a long way to learn..
=) my dear, haha.. u will soon realise u have actually ‘absorbed’ all ur mami’s hsehold habits such as way of cleaning, drying, washing, cooking etc.
haha.. since eric’s very willing to help, u can let him do the job. close one eye dun interefere lor, coz u can shake ur legs mah… some times u may tire urself coz u expect the hse to be sparkling clean & thus will ensure tt 99% is reached. 90% clean also gd already.. =) lower ur expectations? probably when u have a kid, u need tt 99%, for ur child..

otherwise, settle for 90% most days; 99% when u wanna punish eric…lolz
